Biography

The Executive Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development for Lawrenceville, NJ based pharmaceutical development organization Celsion Corporation, Raj Prabhakar has a strong background in venture capital development, corporate finance, mergers, and acquisitions. Over the course of his career, he has held directorial positions with several early-stage biopharma companies, including Osiris Therapeutics in Baltimore, MD and Protiveris in Rockville, MD.

As an undergraduate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Mr. Prabhakar graduated double major in mechanical engineering and biology. He led multiple MIT student organizations and served as president of the Parliamentary Debate Team. Several years after earning his dual bachelors of science, he returned to the academic setting to pursue his Master of Business Administration at Harvard.
